Green Pellet Separator

Our Green Pellet Separator provides an effective method of sizing green pellets.

The Green Pellet Separator stochastically distributes a batch of green iron ore pellets (unfired pellets) in order to size them.

The green pellets “rain” separated from each other down from the machine and in front of a camera. The associated software (provided by the customer) uses an algorithm that calculates the average size of the pellets and provides input to the process of controlling the parameters to maintain the desired size of the pellets.
